Payments & Refunds
- • All orders must be paid for online when you place your order. There is no Cash on Delivery Service at this moment.
- • Payment can be made using your Credit or Debit Card. We accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Discovery.
- • All out of stock items will be refunded back to the credit or debit card used for your initial payment. Refunds may take 3-5 working days.
- • If you receive a product you don´t ordered and you were charged for it or you receive a product is not quite what you wanted,please take the product along with your invoice to Jalisco Supermarket Store. They will either exchange the item for you or you will be refunded to the credit or debit card used for your initial payment.
- • If any products are missing from your order, please verify if the missing product has ben marked as supplied on the invoice you received with the order. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will help you further and a refund will be processed for the amount you paid for these products charged to your credit or debit card used for your initial payment.
- • If you need to Cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team up to 24 hours before your delivery or collection window. A refund will be processed for the amount charged to your credit or debit card used for your initial payment.
Refunds may take between 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account. A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel your order after the cut off time and, if the cancellation is made on the day of delivery, we may charge you for the perishable products that were ordered.
