Delivery Information

When you buy OnLine at www.shop.jalisco-supermarket.com you can choose from 3 different options for your order to be delivered:

  •     • Pick Up from Store: When you buy at www.shop.jalisco-supermarket.com, you can select the day and the time slot that suits you best and your order will be ready waiting for you at Jalisco Supermarket within the pick-up window you have selected. If you are running late for pick up please contact our customer service team and they will be able to assist you further, by scheduling an alternative pick up time or informing the store of your estimated collection time.
  •     • Curbside Pick Up: When you buy at www.shop.jalisco-supermarket.com, you can select the day and the time slot that suits you best and your order will be ready waiting for you. Just let us when you are here and one of our Customer Service representatives will load your trunck with all the Safety Rules. If you are running late for pick up please contact our customer service team and they will be able to assist you further, by scheduling an alternative pick up time or informing the store of your estimated collection time.
  •     • Same Day Delivery: When you buy at www.shop.jalisco-supermarket.com, you can choose Same Day Delivery service, select the day and the time slot that suits you best and a $8.75  flat rate fee will be charge.

We strongly recommend that you are home to receive your order. If you believe you may not be home, you can leave us instructions in the delivery instructions text box while checking out online. Once the order has been delivered, it becomes your responsibility.

If you have not left instructions, we will try to contact you on phone numbers supplied by you. If we can't contact you, your order may be returned to our store and re-delivery charges and the cost of any perishable items will also be charged.

If you miss the delivery, our customer service team will attempt to contact you on the phone numbers supplied by you in order to get your instructions. If we cannot get in touch with you, the driver will try to find a safe place to leave the order, otherwise the order will be returned to the store, and a re-delivery fee and the cost of any perishables will be charged.
